1st fishing trip of the summer!


Sunday evenng we brought the kids fishing, we are so lucky to have 2 stocked ponds in the 500 acre woods :)

Another gift from Grandma Johnson!!


we got another gift yesterday, My grandma always outdoes herself! Alysabelle loved them!

We love them!!!   Gabrielle didn't give anyone else a chance to scoop this up, she owned it as quick as she saw it. She only had it for a minute before she was stuffing it full with her book and things:)

Easter 2011


Happy Easter,  The day started with church... to celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord. Then to PawPaw and MawMaw's for some pictures. Home to color eggs and get baskets. last-hiding eggs & hunting eggs

we dyed 8 dozen eggs! and their were some beautiful creations :)


Alysabelle dyed 4 at a time, while Adelle wanted to eat and throw the eggs :)

Frontier Gals :)


as you know the coolest Grandma ever sent Bonnets that she made for the girls in our home...


so as promised, here are the pictures :) We love bonnets and one of the things we really miss about Louisiana is The Kent House Plantation. We volunteered there and loved dressing up in our bonnets and dresses.
